How Encon Helps

Encon studies the furnace before recommending anything.

The assessment covers furnace geometry, heat load, combustion system condition, refractory state, operating cycle, air and fuel lines, automation level and what the plant actually needs to produce.

The modernisation is built around that picture. It may involve furnace design correction, combustion system replacement, burner repositioning, blower and recuperator upgrades, air and fuel pipeline redesign, refractory relining, or a controls retrofit covering temperature, pressure and air-fuel ratio.
